Websites, branding and practical digital support for small businesses that are good at what they do, but tired of wrestling with the marketing side alone.
Why “Sorted”?
Maybe the website is outdated. The logo has five slightly different versions. Social media happens whenever someone remembers. Your best ideas are scattered through emails, notebooks and 47 open tabs.
None of that means your business is a mess. It just means you’ve been busy running it.
I take what already exists, work out what’s missing and turn it into one clear plan, one recognizable brand and a digital presence that actually feels like you.
That’s the whole job. That’s Sorted.

You don’t need to arrive knowing which service to ask for. Tell me what isn’t working, what feels unfinished or what you’re tired of thinking about. We’ll start there.
It looks dated, doesn’t sound like us or isn’t turning visitors into enquiries.

Start with the Blueprint →The signature starting point
The Business Discovery Blueprint gives us the thinking behind the work: what your business stands for, who you need to reach, where the gaps are and what should happen next.
No changing colours because we got bored. No building pages nobody needs. No shiny new platform without a reason. Just research, strategy and a practical 90-day roadmap built around your business.

Clear, credible digital groundwork for a highly technical industrial company. Proof that good branding isn’t only for the pretty industries.

Hi, I’m Karen. Some call me KG.
I’m the person who notices the missing link, asks the extra question and quietly makes sure the loose ends stop being loose.
I’ve spent more than twenty years organizing behind the scenes — for busy teams, community groups and small businesses that needed someone to translate the noise into a plan. Different industries, same instinct: find the thread, follow it, tidy up as I go.
I genuinely enjoy the things many business owners avoid: organizing the ideas, researching the options, rewriting the awkward paragraph, fixing the DNS setting and deciding which of the fourteen caption drafts is actually the right one.
I’ll learn your business, tell you what I honestly think and help you make decisions without burying you in marketing jargon. No jargon-heavy proposals, no “value bombs,” no pretending something is simple when it isn’t. Just clear thinking, delivered like a friend who happens to be good at this.
Think of me as the person in your corner who thinks of it so you don’t have to.
Questions, sorted
If yours isn’t here, send it over. I’d rather answer a real question than guess at one.
I'm based in Surrey, BC and work with small businesses across the Lower Mainland — Vancouver, Delta, Langley, White Rock — and remotely with clients elsewhere in Canada. Most projects run 100% online with occasional in-person kickoffs when you're local.
Yes, every build starts with the Business Discovery Blueprint. It's the strategy that makes the design decisions afterwards make sense. If you already have a clear plan, we move through it quickly. If you don't, this is where the untangling happens.
Website builds start at $3,800 with the Blueprint included. Brand kits start at $1,800 and content support starts at $950. Every quote is put together after the Blueprint so the number reflects what your business actually needs — not a template package.
The Blueprint takes about two weeks. A typical website build runs six to ten weeks from kickoff to launch, depending on how quickly we can finalize copy and images together. I only take on a small number of projects at once so yours gets real attention.
Yes. Some clients hand me the keys after launch and check in when things change. Others keep me on a monthly retainer for content, social media and small updates. We'll figure out the right rhythm for your business.
That's often the best starting point. We can rework, refresh or rebuild — depending on whether the bones are good and what's actually holding it back. The Blueprint tells us which path makes sense.
Your move
Tell me what you’re trying to accomplish, what has been bothering you or what you keep meaning to finish. If I can help, I’ll tell you how. If you don’t need everything you think you need, I’ll tell you that too.
